Scott Bruce
Over a longer time than he cares to remember, Scott has, at various times in his career been in wholesale, retail, hospitality and was the managing director of a ski & sports company. Before starting Bruce Brothers with brother Alasdair, he was the Chairman of a firm of consultants. He also writes a humorous (allegedly) column in a local newspaper. Since 1999 Scott has been a qualified Assessor for the Investors in People standard and has been running training courses ever since starting as a trainer with the Intersport Training Team while in the ski business. |

After an initial career as teacher, Karen moved into industry where she rose to become managing director of two successful export businesses. Since then she has moved on to be a busy management consultant and trainer, assisting a wide variety of organisations with every imaginable problem and a few that defy imagination. |

Wendy Haston
Wendy spent many years in academic research, before going on to manage large projects in an off-shore survival training environment, including managing the British Antarctic Survey Medical Unit. The latter gave her a particular interest in the challenges of managing relationships with others, especially in difficult working environments. She then moved into management consultancy where she has successfully assisted over 50 organisations with improvement programmes.

John Middlewick For 4 years John was a secondary school teacher, before serving for 18 years in the Royal Air Force, primarily being involved in the leadership, management and land survival training of airmen, aircrew, and cadet officers. Upon leaving the service, he worked as a training manager before becoming a business advisor and trainer. |
